Luxury Sales Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who brings genuine gravitas, deep client instinct, and the kind of quiet confidence that comes from years of experience. If you’ve spent your career building relationships, not just processing transactions, this role was designed with you in mind.

As a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand at one of our Cape Town locations. You’ll guide high-net-worth clients through considered, often emotional purchases, and build lasting relationships that bring them back year after year.

This is a role where discretion, presence, and product knowledge matter far more than high-pressure sales tactics. Our best consultants don’t chase targets, they earn loyalty.

We operate on structured retail shifts to cover peak trading hours, including some weekends and public holidays. Schedules are provided in advance so you can plan around your commitments. If you’re comfortable with a varied but predictable roster, this works well.

Requirements

•        2+ years in sales, ideally in luxury retail, jewellery, financial services, or any environment serving high-net-worth clients

•        A natural ability to read people, build trust quickly, and make clients feel genuinely looked after

•        Someone who finds meaning in helping people mark life’s most important moments

•        Polished, composed, and comfortable in upscale environments

•        Based in Cape Town with reliable access to the V&A Waterfront or Canal Walk

•        Proficiency in a European language, especially Mediterranean or Eastern European, is a significant advantage with our international clientele

•        Valid work permit, clean record, and full availability for retail shifts
